Totem Industries accepts returns and exchanges through the mail. Please be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Typical turnaround time FOR RETURNS/EXCHANGES – with shipping – is about one )1) month, but may be longer during periods of high volume. For faster turnaround, please use an expedited shipping service (such as overnight or 2nd day). Expedited orders will receive priority processing whenever possible, and will be returned to you via an expedited method at no extra charge.
Totem Industries products are covered under full warranty to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. If a product ever fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair the product, without charge, or replace it, at our discretion. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use. Damage not covered under warranty will be repaired for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged for return shipping.
